Key Responsibilities
Package and repackage applications (MSI, MSIX, EXE) for enterprise deployment.
Deploy and manage applications using SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Intune.
Create and maintain Chocolatey (.nupkg) packages and internal repositories.
Develop PowerShell scripts for packaging automation and deployments.
Perform application installation, deployment, UAT, QA, and production validation.
Troubleshoot packaging and deployment issues (L2/L3 support).
Coordinate with application owners and stakeholders.
Patch, upgrade, and maintain enterprise applications.
Create and maintain documentation (Runbooks, SOPs, KB Articles).
Monitor incidents through resolution and escalate when required.
Mentor team members and promote best practices.
