About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Associate – Executive Search to join our growing team. This is a research-driven role focused on identifying top talent, understanding industries and markets, and supporting executive hiring assignments for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market, company, and candidate research.
Identify and map talent across different industries.
Build candidate pipelines for executive and leadership hiring.
Support the recruitment team with talent sourcing and market intelligence.
Maintain accurate research records and candidate databases.
Work closely with the Executive Search team on ongoing hiring projects.
Preferred Profile
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or executive search is an added advantage.
Ability to learn quickly and work in a quick-paced setting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
