Job Summary

Buddha Cancer Centre Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced and dedicated Senior Nursing Staff ICU Care Specialists to provide high-quality critical care services. The ideal candidate should possess robust clinical skills, experience in intensive care, and a patient-centric approach while working collaboratively with consultants and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill ICU patients.
Monitor vital signs, ventilators, infusion pumps, and other critical care equipment.
Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
Assist consultants during emergency procedures and critical interventions.
Identify and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
Ensure infection prevention and patient safety protocols are followed.




Guide and support junior nursing staff when required.
Coordinate effectively with doctors, nursing teams, and other departments.

Eligibility
B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
Valid State Nursing Council Registration.
Minimum 2–5 years of ICU/Critical Care experience preferred.
Fresh candidates with ICU exposure may also apply.
Certification in BLS/ACLS will be an added advantage.
