Position: Business Development Manager in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identify recent market prospects through networking, client meetings, and industry engagement.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and revenue growth projections.

Work Experience Requirements

Experience handling forecasting, growth strategy, and stakeholder management is essential. Exposure to engineering or steel structures businesses is highly preferred.

Education
Minimum: Undergraduate Degree in Management or related discipline
Preferred: Postgraduate Degree in Management (MBA or equivalent)
Additional Certifications: Sales, Business Strategy, CRM, or Leadership Certifications
