Required Skills:
Solid experience in COBOL Development.
Hands-on experience with JCL.
Solid knowledge of DB2 including SQL programming.
Experience working with COBOL data structures.
Hands-on experience in JSON integration (parsing, generation, and mapping with COBOL applications).
Experience in both Mainframe and Distributed application development environments.
Valuable debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Experience with source control/version management tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
