Required qualifications
8+ years of developing/supporting Mainframe based applications.
Programming experience with COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, VSAM, and
Online/Batch programming.
Experience with DB2 Stored Procedure a Plus
Skills in using NDM/FTP, OPC/TWS, File Manager, SPUFI, QMF, IDz,
Endevor.
Desired qualifications
Valuable communication skills, both written and oral are required as the individual must interface with application developers, support teams and management.
Have a versatile and 'can do' attitude and a solid sense of initiative with the ability to learn fast and deal calmly with situations under pressure.
Knowledge of BMC Remedy or IT Service Management Tool.
An understanding of Agile Methodology would be beneficial.
