Required Technical and Qualified Expertise:
7+ Yrs Experience and Strong knowledge of IBM AS400 / iSeries (IBM i OS) and system operations.
Solid experience in Mainframe Operations (z/OS, JCL), Batch Processing, Console Ops, and iSeries
Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure support and LPAR environments
Experience with scheduling tools (Control-M, CA7, TWS)
Hands-on experience with ITSM/Remedy and incident management processes




Strong SLA management and operational governance knowledge
Proven ability to lead Sev1/Sev2 incidents and SWAT calls
Experience managing 24x7 production support teams
Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management
Strong documentation, reporting, and RCA capabilities
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of ITIL processes and KPI/SLA tracking Preferred Technical and Skilled Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related technical field or equivalent practical experience
Experience with an ITIL driven service organization
Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications
