Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Investor & Lender Communication
Prepare, review, and share periodic conditions compliance reports, performance reports, financial updates, and MIS with lenders and investors.
Act as a key point of contact for lenders, investors, and financial institutions for information requests and clarifications.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of all reporting obligations as per financing documents and investor agreements.
Financial & Analytical Reporting
Develop detailed analytical reports, dashboards, and financial summaries highlighting project/company performance.
Analyze financial statements, cash flows, covenant compliance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Track and monitor lender covenants, conditions precedent/subsequent, and ongoing compliance requirements.
Presentations & Documentation
Prepare high-quality presentations (PPTs) and information packs for lender meetings, investor reviews, board updates, and senior management.
Support management during investor calls, lender reviews, audits, and due diligence exercises.
Maintain structured documentation and data repositories for investor and lender reporting.
Internal Coordination
Coordinate with Finance, Accounts, Treasury, Legal, Projects, and Strategy teams to gather data and validate information.
Support fund-raising, refinancing, restructuring, and project finance-related activities as required.
Assist in responding to ad-hoc information requests from stakeholders.
Governance & Compliance
Ensure adherence to internal controls, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements related to investor and lender reporting.
Support audits, inspections, and reviews by lenders, investors, and external agencies.
Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA)
OR
MBA (Finance) / MBA Engineer
Experience
10+ years of relevant experience in:
Investment Banking
Project Finance
Corporate Finance / Infrastructure Finance
Lender & Investor Reporting roles
