Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via email, live chat, and support tickets.
Understand customer issues and provide timely, accurate, and professional resolutions.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when required.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
Collaborate with the development and QA teams to report bugs and share customer feedback.
Learn the company's products and features to provide effective customer assistance.
Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent support and maintaining a positive attitude.
