Job Title: HR Recruitment Intern

Job Summary :We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Trainee to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Recruitment. The candidate will receive hands-on training in end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the recruitment team in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate eligibility and interest.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment trackers and ATS.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and documentation.
Support the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.




Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Learn and follow recruitment best practices and company hiring policies.

Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR concepts.
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA/HR graduates are preferred but not mandatory).

Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and job portals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and eager to learn.
