Key Skills: Java, J2ee, Micro Services, AWS.
Proven experience (7+ years) in a technical support role providing L2 and L3 support, preferably supporting Java Spring, Microservices based applications deployed on AWS with Oracle database.
Proficiency in Core Java J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web services programming and Exposure SQL queries and understanding of Java application development concepts.
Good exposure to Javascript, JQuery
Valuable working knowledge of AWS services such as ECS, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch.
Experience with NoSQL database.
Proven exposure of working in Agile scrum
Candidate should have positive working exposure to application development/bug fixing life cycle
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
Hands on working exposure on tools like ServiceNow and Jira is good to have
ITIL certification is good to have.
AWS certification(s) will be a plus
