Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
Diploma or Certification in Laundry Management, Housekeeping, Textile Care, or Hospitality Management is an added advantage.
Knowledge of hospital infection control practices, linen management, and healthcare quality standards (NABH/JCI) is preferred.
Experience
5–8 years of experience in laundry operations, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare facility is highly preferred.
Experience in managing industrial laundry equipment, linen inventory, staff scheduling, and vendor coordination.
Familiarity with healthcare linen processing standards, infection prevention protocols, and quality assurance procedures.
