Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect / Data Modeler to join a large-scale enterprise Data Integration Hub (DIH) transformation program. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, data analysis, source-to-target mapping (STTM), SQL, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing. This is a hands-on role requiring close collaboration with Data Architects, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to design, analyze, transform, and validate enterprise data.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex datasets to understand data structures, relationships, and data quality issues.
Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
Create detailed Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM) documents and transformation logic.
Translate business requirements into implementation-ready functional specifications and pseudo-code.
Perform data profiling, reconciliation, validation, and variance analysis across legacy and target systems.
Identify and resolve data quality issues through structured root cause analysis.
Work closely with Data Engineers and Architects during ETL/ELT development.
Support testing, validation, and go-live activities for enterprise data migration projects.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of accurate, high-quality, and business-ready data.

Experience defining transformation logic and source-to-target mappings.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
