We are seeking a dedicated and technically competent Maintenance Executive to join its manufacturing facility at Bidadi. The role requires hands-on experience in plant maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of production machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in manufacturing equipment.
Monitor machine performance and ensure optimum operational efficiency.
Execute maintenance schedules to prevent unplanned downtime.
Maintain utilities including compressors, pumps, motors, DG sets, and related equipment.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
Maintain maintenance records, job cards, equipment history, and reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company maintenance procedures.
Support installation, commissioning, and modification of recent machinery.
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements when necessary.
Educational Qualification
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
Experience
3 to 4 years of relevant experience in maintenance activities within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in handling production machinery and factory utilities.
Exposure to preventive maintenance systems and troubleshooting techniques.
