Position: Maintenance Executive

Location: Sanjan nearby Vapi

Experience: 3 - 6 Years

Responsibilities:
Maintenance Operations:
Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance (BM) activities.
Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition.
Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and reports.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults and equipment failures.
Implement root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
ASRS (Automated Storage & Retrieval System):
Perform routine inspection and maintenance of ASRS systems.
Troubleshoot ASRS-related mechanical issues and ensure minimal downtime.
Mechanical Maintenance:
Handle installation, repair, and servicing of mechanical components.
Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
Fabrication Work:
Execute basic fabrication tasks as required (cutting, welding, fitting).
Support modifications and improvement projects.
BOQ (Bill of Quantities):
Prepare and review BOQs for maintenance projects.
Estimate material,



labor, and cost requirements.
Manpower Handling:
Supervise technicians and maintenance staff.
Allocate tasks and ensure work is completed efficiently.
Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and regulations.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of PM/BM practices and troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with ASRS systems (preferred).
Basic fabrication skills (welding, cutting, fitting).
Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs.
Valuable leadership and team management skills.

Required Qualification:- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 5.50 LPA
