Quality Testing & Laboratory Management
Supervise routine testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
Ensure testing as per approved specifications, SOPs, and standard methods (ASTM, ISO, etc.).
Monitor PSA (Particle Size Analysis), chemical parameters, physical properties, and other critical QC tests.
Review and approve Certificates of Analysis (COA).
Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab instruments (e.g., PSA analyzer, pH meter, Brightness metere etc.).
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 System.
Maintain test records, control charts, and quality reports.
Handle internal and external audits.
Ensure proper documentation and traceability of batches.
Non-Conformance & Corrective Action
Investigate Out-of-Specification (OOS) and Out-of-Trend (OOT) results.




Coordinate with production and purchase teams for supplier quality issues.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using structured tools:
5 Why
Fishbone Diagram
CAPA system
Monitor effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.
Supplier Quality Management for Trading Materials.
Evaluate supplier COA and incoming material quality.
Raise non-conformance for supplier deviations.
Coordinate supplier corrective actions and improvements.
Process Monitoring & Improvement
Analyze quality data trends and identify improvement opportunities.
Implement statistical tools (SPC, control charts).
Support reduction of rejections and customer complaints.
Team Management
Supervise QC chemists and lab technicians.
Provide training on test methods, SOPs, and safety practices.
Ensure safe laboratory operations and compliance with EHS norms.
Customer & Regulatory Support
Support customer audits and technical queries.
Assist in complaint investigation and response.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Valuable communication skills (internal & external )
