Role & responsibilities
Lead agronomy and contract farming initiatives to improve crop productivity, quality, and sustainability.
Develop and implement agronomic strategies, field trials, variety evaluations, and best management practices.
Drive grower engagement, training, and compliance with GAP, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with research institutions, operations, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to introduce cutting-edge farming solutions.
Oversee seed quality, crop protection, potato storage management, and disease/pest mitigation programs.
Analyze field data to identify yield improvement opportunities and support data-driven decision-making.
Mentor and develop field teams while fostering robust relationships with growers and key stakeholders.
