Salary: Up to ₹42,000
We are looking for an experienced ManageEngine Engineer to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of various ManageEngine products. This role involves client interaction, presales support, and technical training.
Key Responsibilities
Install and configure ManageEngine products such as Endpoint Central, ServiceDesk, OpManager, and others.
Conduct presales presentations, product demos, and POCs at client sites or via MS Teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues; escalate to ManageEngine support as needed.
Train and support internal team members on ManageEngine tools.
Prepare presales documentation and prerequisite checklists for customer installations.
Perform quarterly audits of deployed ManageEngine products and suggest improvements.
Ensure support SLAs are met and documented appropriately.
Log, manage, and close support tickets using an online ticketing system.
Prepare sign-off documents and improvement checklists post-implementation.
Mandatory Skills
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with implementation or management of ManageEngine tools.
Must have own conveyance for in office support and client visits.
Robust understanding of ITSM and network monitoring solutions.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills – both verbal and written.
Educational & Work Experience Requirements
Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
Proven ability to work independently, manage pressure, and deliver within deadlines.
Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on providing exceptional service.
