Detailed Responsibilities
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements throughout the lending lifecycle, including origination, servicing, syndication, repayments, and collections.
Translate business needs into explicit functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.
Serve as a liaison between business, product, and technology teams to ensure seamless alignment and communication.
Support the impact analysis, planning, and execution of UAT, test case reviews, and production readiness activities.
Lead and participate in workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder review sessions.
Ensure lending solutions adhere to regulatory, risk, and compliance standards.
Provide subject matter expertise on core banking and loan processing platforms, with an emphasis on ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) and Loan IQ.
Contribute to large-scale banking transformation projects, ensuring delivery within Agile and SDLC frameworks.

Skill Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance,



Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the lending/corporate banking domain.
Hands-on expertise with ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) is highly preferred; experience with Loan IQ is an asset.
Deep understanding of lending products, commercial and corporate banking workflows, and end-to-end processes.
Robust background in Agile methodologies and SDLC delivery models.
Exceptional documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Exposure to core banking or loan processing platforms.
Experience supporting large-scale banking transformation programs.

Other Requirements (Optional)
Experience with loan syndication and collections processes.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk management in financial services.
Relevant certifications such as CBAP, Agile, or PMP are advantageous.
Proactive, analytical mindset and the ability to drive process improvements.
