Detailed Responsibilities
Lead or actively participate in project teams to develop and implement solutions/products tailored to client requirements within defined time and quality parameters.
Design and develop current tools or customize existing tools to meet specific client needs.
Oversee technical design, ensuring alignment with business requirements, industry standards, and best practices; determine optimal configuration of modules, databases, interfaces, and integrations.
Prepare and deliver capability presentations, assessments, and proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate project management activities, including creation of project plans, resource allocation, and coordination among team members and stakeholders.
Support the skilled growth and development of consulting team members through training and mentorship.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Proven experience in development, implementation, and customization of integrated business planning and supply chain solutions.
Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
