AI Specialist- Marketplace Operations

Inherit an ads account where the analysis is already done every morning your job is to act on it.

Why this role exists

The platform produces a daily, per-geo list of pause/scale/bid recommendations, MAP violations, and pricing anomalies across every marketplace.



You are the hands and the judgment that work those lists daily — and as the engineer ships ads-execution agents, you graduate from typing the changes to approving them.

What you'll own
PPC execution across all geos — campaign restructures, bids, budgets, negatives, dayparting; the platform drafts, you decide and execute
The ads-efficiency turnaround — recovering the loss-making spend is your scoreboard from day one
Pricing and MAP execution — corrections, coupon mechanics, and promo setup under the Head's pricing authority
The handoff to automation — you define the guardrails under which the ads agents may act without you

What we're looking for
3+ years hands-on Amazon PPC across multiple marketplaces, with at least one account you personally took from broken to effective — with numbers
You have managed real monthly spend with documented ACOS/TACOS outcomes
Tool-native — comfortable working from machine-generated recommendations every day and talking back to the machine
Detail and throughput — this is an execution seat, measured weekly
