:

1.Independently lead and manage all production/operations related activities of the plant.

2.Production planning and coordination with Logistic team for on time dispatch as per given schedule.

3.Can run plant with ensuring proper safety and housekeeping in the plant.

4.Can work as 2nd line to Unit head, should have ability to handle entire plant operation in absence of unit head.

5.Closely monitoring and controlling of better utilization of equipment to get maximum throughput.

6.Lead plant improvements and modification projects in existing plant.

7.Experience of handling mechanical, electrical and instrumentation will be an advantage.

8.Can handle multiple products and multiple plants.

9.Person has to report to Unit Head.

10.Self-motivated and self-initiator

11.Should able to maintain confidentiality

12.Should able to take ownership of assigned tasks.

13.Should be able to develop team and talents on shop floor.
