Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email for enquiries and updates
Share product catalogues, quotations, and company details with customers
Support office-based marketing activities and maintain customer communication records
Prepare quotations and proforma invoices based on customer requirements
Coordinate with customers for order processing and enquiry management
Support dealer and contractor relationships through regular follow-ups
Assist in tracking enquiries and ensuring timely conversion to orders
Coordinate dispatch, logistics, and material movement activities
Supervise packing and ensure proper handling of goods
Coordinate with transporters and courier partners for timely deliveries
Support inventory management and stock-related activities
Assist in billing and invoice preparation
Support payment follow-ups and maintain documentation records
Assist in basic finance, auditing, and record-keeping tasks
Support day-to-day office administration and operational activities
