We are looking for a Junior Lawyer Real Estate who can handle the below-mentioned responsibilities.

Real Estate Lawyer Responsibilities:
Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly.
Drafting of Agreements.
Draft and negotiate real estate transactions.
Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed.
Manage regulatory and compliance-related services.
Represent the company in purchases and sales of properties.
Title verification and Coordination for the Registration.

Requirements

Real Estate Lawyer Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB).
Robust experience in real estate law and industry knowledge.
Valuable understanding of foreclosure.
Analytical thinker with robust conceptual and research skills.
Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Should be able to work independently.
Should be enrolled with AIBC, BCI, KSBC.

Preference

· Candidates having 1+ years of experience.

· Candidates located in Bangalore.

· Languages English, Hindi and Kannada (Reading and Writing in Kannada)
