Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify customer leads
Explain loan products and assist customers with applications
Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
Follow up to ensure successful loan processing
Achieve assigned sales targets
Maintain accurate customer records
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Minimum 6 months of experience in BFSI sales (mandatory)
Age limit: Up to 30 years
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of personal loans, business loans, and overdraft products
Sales and negotiation skills
Customer-focused approach
