We are looking for an experienced Manager – Retail Sales & Business Development to drive business growth by developing recent customers, expanding dealer and distributor networks, and leading a small inside sales team. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in B2B field sales, channel management, and industrial or building materials sales.

Key Responsibilities
Drive retail and B2B sales to achieve branch revenue targets.
Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
Identify current business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and market development.
Visit customers, architects, contractors, and fabricators to generate and close business.
Lead and mentor a team of Inside Sales Executives.
Follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, and convert leads into orders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and collections.
Maintain accurate sales activities and customer records in ERP/CRM.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
