Plan and execute daily production activities to meet production targets.
Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, quality systems, and safety guidelines.
Manage production manpower, shift operations, and productivity.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.
Monitor production performance and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Maintain production records, batch documentation, and MIS reports.
Drive process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Ensure adherence to EHS standards and company policies.
Lead, train, and motivate the production team.

Desired Candidate Profile
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
810 years of production experience in the Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
Solid knowledge of GMP, SOPs, production documentation, and quality systems.
Experience in team handling, production planning, and continuous improvement.
Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work at Hamla, Bhuj, Kutch, Gujarat.
