We seek a detail-oriented, entry-level individual to assist with various reporting and administrative tasks within the Sales Engineering team. In this role, you will help with third-party data feeds and provide backup support for our Employee Track program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their skills in a agile, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with enabling, disabling, and configuring new third-party data feeds.
Troubleshoot and escalate any issues related to third-party data feeds, providing timely solutions.
Provide general support to third-party data feed providers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Support compliance officers using our Employee Track program, offering assistance and resolving issues as needed.
Become a subject matter expert on third-party data feeds and our Employee Track program.
Contribute to creating and improving internal documentation for data fees and Employee Track program processes.
Manage relationships with clients, third-party data feed providers, and internal stakeholders.




Take on ad hoc responsibilities from ongoing and operational initiatives within the Sales Engineering team.

Qualifications
Fluency in English
Adaptable work schedule
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook)
Ability to learn new software
Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
Strong task management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to adapt accordingly to varying audience knowledge levels
