Role & responsibilities
SAP MM Expertise: Proficiency in SAP Material Management (MM) module, including knowledge of Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition creation.
Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting, in addition to basic Excel knowledge.
MD04 Knowledge: Familiarity with MD04 for monitoring stock/requirements lists in SAP.
Email Management Skills: Efficient handling of skilled email communications.
Basic Understanding of Purchasing and Supply Chain: Fundamental knowledge of purchasing principles and import management from a buying perspective.
English Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to dynamic business needs and work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace.
Educational Qualifications: A graduate degree in any discipline.
