Job Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end data management, including data ingestion, integration, governance, and quality processes.
Oversee end-to-end data lifecycle management, including data ingestion, transformation, quality assurance, and publishing.
Drive large-scale data migrations and modernizations, particularly from legacy systems like Redshift to advanced cloud-based platforms like Databricks and IDMC.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to establish best practices for data governance and stewardship.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) and data security standards.
Lead a team of data professionals, mentoring and developing talent within the organization.
Engage with key stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams, to align data initiatives with strategic goals.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining a high standard of execution.
Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, client presentations, and thought leadership in data management.

BE/B.Tech
Master of Computer Application

Work Experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Pharma domain.
15+ years of experience in data management, analytics,



and technology implementation, with a focus on the life sciences industry, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in managing large-scale data transformation and migration projects using IDMC, Databricks, and AWS technologies.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building skills in an Agile/Secure setting.
Robust expertise in data governance, data cataloging, data quality frameworks, and business rule implementation.
Hands-on experience in ETL processes, cloud-based data engineering, and reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau).
Expertise in managing stakeholder relationships and working with cross-functional global teams.
Experience in AI/ML-driven predictive analytics and commercial operations analytics is a plus.
