Experience Range - 4 - 15yrs

Mandatory Requirement:

4- 6 years of Experience in Claims

The person should be from the insurance industry

Robust knowledge of Property and Banker’s Indemnity claims.

About the client:

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Handle and support Property, Engineering & Banker’s Indemnity portfolio across multiple locations,

ensuring service continuity, compliance, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

 Handling Banker’s Indemnity, Fire, and Engineering claims

 Coordination with HO and regional teams

 Monitoring claim progress and managing escalations

 Ensuring adherence to agreed TATs

 Portfolio MIS and reporting support

Key Performance Indicator





 Bank portfolio TAT adherence

 Escalation resolution turnaround time

 Accuracy of claim handling and documentation

 Coordination effectiveness across locations

 Portfolio performance reporting quality Qualification and Experience:

Educational Background: A bachelor degree in business, insurance, finance, or a related field is preferred. MBA will be an added advantage. Certifications: Relevant certifications from III Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using claims management systems, CRM software, and

Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
