Role & responsibilities

: L& D: Functional, Skilled and Leadership / Change management programs in the organisation.
Own end to end Learning operations: Venue arrangements & logistics, Training Material, Gate pass & all other activities pertaining to training completion. Training Execution, attendance management and budget adherence
Deployment of Skilled Skills development programs for CVBU as per plan: End-to-end planning & execution
Collaborate with BHRs for deployment and accurate reporting.
Drive Cadre Induction at TML CV
Feedback analysis: Execution of CIRO 1 and CIRO 2 (ALPs) & post program report out as per standardised template
Support for External Programs: Tata Group / higher education programs for CVBU
Support in FTSS Program
Support in driving LxP across CV Commercial & Corporate-CV: As per HR BSC, deploy high-impact learning pathways aligned to business priorities where applicable, support in driving learner engagement through structured nudges and campaigns, publish actionable insights via analytics dashboards (completion, consumption, impact trends)

B: MIS aligned to BSC targets: Functional,



Skilled and Leadership / Change management programs in the organisation.
Master Data Management, Central Reporting: Assist in preparing centralized reports to ensure timely, accurate data for leadership.
Audit & Compliance: Support & anchor internal/external audits with 100% compliance
Budget & Invoicing: Track L&D; budgets, manage invoicing cycles, PO generation, monitoring the vendor payments to ensure financial accuracy in monthly reporting
SOP Excellence (as per requirement of TMLGSL): Create and update SOPs for L&D; operations, Tata Group talent programs like - TAS, Blue Mint etc to drive process standardization and efficiency

Skills & Competencies
Functional Knowledge of LnD process
Excellent Interpersonal Skill, Stakeholder management, should be energetic, proactive, agile and have a structured thought process
Excellent Social Skills and High Emotional Intelligence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong presentation skills
