Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operational activities, ensure process efficiency, and lead a team to achieve service excellence. The role involves monitoring productivity, maintaining compliance with company policies, managing operational KPIs, and driving continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across the assigned process.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve operational targets and service quality.
Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and adherence to SLAs/KPIs.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and operational dashboards.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.




Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of recent team members.
Drive cost optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
