Associate Professor
Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of teaching/research/industry experience after Ph.D. (or as per AICTE norms).

Professor
Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including experience as Associate Professor, as per AICTE norms.

Key Responsibilities




Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools.
Guide undergraduate and postgraduate student projects.
Conduct research and publish in reputed journals.
Participate in curriculum development and accreditation activities.
Mentor students on academics, placements, and career development.
Undertake administrative responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department.
Support industry interaction, consultancy, and funded research initiatives.

Required Skills
Solid subject knowledge.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and student mentoring.
Knowledge of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and NBA/NAAC processes is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in an academic setting.
