We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will coordinate operational activities, improve processes, maintain records, and support the team in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Track inventory, procurement, and logistics, where applicable.
Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Assist in planning and implementing operational strategies.
Handle customer or client queries related to operations.
Support management with data analysis and performance reporting.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills may also apply.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
