Key Responsibilities:
Convert Starserv Material Requests (MRs) into SAP MRs.
Coordinate with SDEs, AMs, RPCs, field engineers, logistics, and planning teams for timely material issuance and dispatch.
Track material movement, GITs, RMRs, and ensure closure of pending transactions.
Follow up on defective material returns and coordinate repairs with authorized vendors.
Monitor open MRs, PRs, sales status, stock availability, and non-moving inventory.
Maintain approved Material Stock Lists (MSL) and optimize inventory based on demand.
Prepare weekly and bi-weekly MIS reports (MR Status, UFO, L4/L5 reports).
Conduct monthly RPC visits and support issue resolution related to SAP, logistics, and material planning.

Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2 to 5 years of experience in Material Coordination, SAP MM, Inventory Management, or Logistics.
Working knowledge of SAP MM and MS Excel.
Robust coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
