Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and customer-focused specialists to join our Mutual Fund Sales and Service team at our Head Office – Jet Prime. The ideal candidates should have a valuable understanding of Mutual Funds, possess solid communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for client engagement, sales, and business development.

This role combines business development, customer servicing, and cross-selling responsibilities within the Mutual Fund domain.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential and existing clients through call and other communication channels.
Explain and promote Mutual Fund products such as SIPs, ELSS, and other investment schemes.




Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Mutual Fund services and client queries.
Provide accurate investment guidance and ensure customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Achieve business development and sales targets consistently.
Maintain and update client interactions and call records in the CRM system.
Stay informed about AMFI/SEBI regulations and ensure compliance at all times.
Support clients in completing mutual fund applications and transactions smoothly.
Cross-sell investment products like SIPs, ELSS, and related servicesRequired Qualifications & Skills:
Qualification: BBI / BFM Graduate (Freshers can also apply)

Pay: ₹619,228.48 - ₹1,840,362.40 per year
