A Medical Representative is responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. The role involves building relationships, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
Arrange meetings with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams
Present product information, perks, and usage guidelines
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients
Achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share
Organize product demonstrations, conferences, and CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs
Keep detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions
Monitor competitor products and market trends
Provide feedback from healthcare professionals to the company
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Required Skills:
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
Sales and persuasion skills * Time management and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
Prior sales experience (preferred but not always required)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
