Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced AR Trainer with robust expertise in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to conduct training programs for new hires and existing employees. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Denials & Appeals, and Revenue Cycle Management, along with strong training and presentation skills.

Role & responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) and refresher training for Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Denials & Appeals, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
Develop and update training curriculum, course modules, SOPs, and training materials.
Deliver process and system training on Medical Billing applications, including Epic, Athena, Encoder Pro, and CCI Edit.
Train employees on claim lifecycle, denial management, appeals, payer guidelines, and billing workflows.
Create assessments, process exercises, and certification programs to evaluate trainee performance.
Monitor trainee progress, provide coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
Coordinate with Operations,



Quality, and Management teams to identify training needs and implement process improvements.
Prepare weekly training reports, attendance trackers, and performance dashboards.
Participate in account transition, process implementation, and Go-Live activities.
Conduct call handling and communication skills training for recent and existing employees.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.
Perform hands-on medical billing and AR activities to stay updated with current processes and industry best practices.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 1+ year of training experience.
Minimum 2+ years of Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management experience in AR & Denials Management.
Solid understanding of claim denials and appeals.
Experience creating training materials and SOPs.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines.
CPC / CCS / COC certification is an added advantage.
