Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Fresher to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn HR processes, and an interest in talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and screening candidate profiles from job portals and social media platforms.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Schedule and follow up on interviews and maintain interview trackers.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and hiring updates.
Support onboarding activities, including document collection and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in employee engagement activities and HR events.




Prepare HR reports and update recruitment trackers.
Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Robust interpersonal and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related discipline.
MBA/PGDM in HR is Must.

Preferred Candidates
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR or recruitment experience.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
