Job Responsibilities – Mathematics Faculty (IIT-JEE)
Teach Mathematics to students preparing for IIT-JEE (Main ).
Plan and deliver engaging classroom lectures as per the academic schedule.
Explain concepts clearly, from fundamentals to advanced problem-solving techniques.
Prepare study materials, assignments, worksheets, and mock tests.
Conduct regular quizzes, chapter tests, and full-length examinations.
Evaluate answer sheets and provide constructive feedback to students.
Analyze student performance and identify areas for improvement.
Mentor students individually to strengthen weak concepts and improve confidence.
Resolve students’ academic doubts during and after class.
Follow the institute’s curriculum and complete the syllabus on time.
Use cutting-edge teaching methods to improve conceptual understanding and speed.
Guide students on exam strategy, time management, and question selection.




Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and parent-teacher meetings.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and academic records.
Continuously update knowledge with the latest IIT-JEE syllabus, exam patterns, and previous years’ questions.
