Role & Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor slitting machines for BOPP, BOPET, CPP films and coated materials.
Ensure productive and accurate slitting of jumbo rolls as per job specifications.
Maintain optimum productivity while minimizing waste and machine downtime.
Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with product standards.
Perform routine maintenance and report machine faults for timely resolution.
Adhere to safety and operational protocols throughout the production process.
Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet daily production targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in BOPP, BOPET, CPP, coating, or packaging industry preferred.
Knowledge of slitting machine operations and troubleshooting is essential.
ITI / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers with relevant technical background and training may also apply.
Solid attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in shifts.
