Responsibilities
Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle applications (EBS, Cloud) and technical solutions.
Design, develop, and customize Oracle EBS modules and Oracle Cloud Applications (if applicable).
Perform requirement analysis, solution design, and development for Oracle Applications.
Write and review technical specifications for Oracle Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions (RICE components).
Integrate Oracle Applications with third-party systems using relevant integration tools (SOA, ODI, etc.).
Perform system configuration, application tuning, and optimization for performance improvements.
Lead and mentor junior consultants and developers.
Support system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and troubleshooting of production issues.
Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with security and best practices.
Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure the technical solution aligns with business requirements.




Provide post-implementation support and resolve any technical issues.
Participate in project planning, status reporting, and risk management.

Skills & Expertise:
Solid experience with Oracle EBS (11i, R12) and/or Oracle Cloud Applications.
Proficient in Oracle development tools like PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Forms.
Experience in Oracle application customization, extensions, and integrations.
Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA, and ODI for data integration.
Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and ADF (Application Development Framework) is a plus.
Robust understanding of database design, performance tuning, and query optimization.
Knowledge of Oracle Middleware products, such as WebLogic Server, is desirable.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
