Manages and improves the member retention score through strategic engagement.
Strategizes, organizes, and promotes programs across Community Events, Self-Directed Training, Group Classes, and Personal Training.
Leads trainer onboarding and coordinates staff training sessions to uphold service quality.
Creates meaningful touch-points with members, including proactive follow-ups with irregular attendees.
Develops educational materials and curates a monthly member engagement planner to boost participation and satisfaction.
Works closely with other club leaders to align the member experience with brand standards and operational goals.
