Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth by managing key accounts across the AMC and Wealth Management ecosystem, strengthening client relationships, and expanding market share through strategic account development.
Identify new business prospects, engage senior decision-makers and C-level executives, and lead commercial negotiations to secure long-term, profitable partnerships.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans, build a strong prospect pipeline, and consistently achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored client solutions, introduce new offerings, and ensure seamless execution aligned with client requirements.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and sales performance to refine go-to-market strategies, maximize revenue opportunities, and enhance client satisfaction.
Lead and mentor the sales team by driving performance, fostering a customer-centric approach, and promoting innovative solutions while strengthening the organization's market presence and thought leadership.

Requirements –
MBA or Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales,



or Key Account Management within the AMC, Mutual Fund, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets ecosystem.
Strong network and relationships with Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Wealth Management firms, Distributors, or Financial Institutions.
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, managing strategic client relationships, and closing high-value enterprise deals.
