Role & responsibilities

1 . Manage & Supervise the complete Tele engine for Lead Generation.
Able to set the right target for the team in terms of Lead Generation and Lead acceptance.
Able to identify the competitive team members and hire the same in given duration.
Able to drive the targets define on Daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Call listening and Team coaching
Drive Triangulation calls wherever required
Partner engagement & Management
Weekly cadence with Internal and External stake holders
Able to Manage Pipeline and drive ROI
Coordination with different teams like Training, HR, Tech etc.
Responsible for P&L; for the program.
Training and enhancement for inside sales agents

Preferred candidate profile
Drive end -to -end Demand generation motion (Cloud Sales) for tele services, leveraging Digital Marketing, Analytics & Telesales with a explicit focus on impacting sales outcome
Minimum 4+ Years of exp. in team management.
Design Strategies on program approach, ensure effective execution & focus on continuous process enhancements
