Machine Operation
Operate PET blow moulding machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Start up, run, and shut down the machine safely.
Monitor machine parameters such as oven temperature, air pressure, heating profile, and cycle time.
Perform mold changeover and product changeover with minimum downtime.
Ensure continuous production as per the production schedule.
Quality Control
Inspect bottles for quality defects such as:
o Short blow o Flash o Black spots o Neck damage o Uneven wall thickness o Base defects o Leakage o Weight variation
Ensure bottle dimensions and weight meet quality specifications.
Segregate and report non-conforming products immediately.
Production & Productivity
Achieve hourly and shift production targets.
Minimize machine stoppages and process losses.
Reduce bottle rejection and material wastage.
Maintain Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
