MEP Engineer / Consultant Experience: 2–3 Years Preferred | Maximum 5 Years

Key Responsibilities
Review and coordinate Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, HVAC and ELV drawings.
Supervise MEP execution at site as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal project teams.
Identify and resolve drawing, coordination and site execution issues.
Prepare progress reports, IRs, as-built drawings and relevant documentation.
Assist in quantity estimation, material planning and monitoring.
Support testing, commissioning, snag closure and final handover.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality and project timelines.

Mandatory Requirements
2–3 years of relevant MEP experience; maximum 5 years.




Hands-on experience in MEP execution and coordination for construction / real estate projects.
Solid understanding of Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting and HVAC systems.
Ability to read and interpret MEP, architectural and construction drawings.
Robust site coordination, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic Revit MEP.
Understanding of NBC, IS Codes and applicable local authority requirements.
Familiarity with HVAC, DG Sets, STP/WTP, Firefighting and Electrical Distribution Systems.
