Key Requirements
Platform Specialization: Minimum of 1 year of dedicated bidding experience on the Upwork platform, demonstrating a thorough understanding of its algorithms, profile optimization, and client acquisition strategies.
Track Record: A verifiable history of successfully onboarding and closing projects from the international market within the past 6 months.
Industry Acumen: Comprehensive knowledge of IT services and the sales lifecycle pertinent to Web and Mobile Development, AI/ML solutions.
Proposal Engineering: Exceptional technical writing and proposal-crafting skills designed to secure high-value client engagements.
Communication & Negotiation: Superior written and verbal English communication skills, coupled with skilled poise in client consultations and contract negotiations.
Core Responsibilities
Platform Management:
Spearhead lead generation and strategic bidding activities primarily on Upwork, consistently identifying and evaluating lucrative project opportunities.
Client Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end client communications, from initial proposal submission to final conversion, ensuring monthly and quarterly acquisition targets are achieved.
Documentation & Coordination: Draft comprehensive business proposals, coordinate requirement specifications with the internal technical team, and lead structured client follow-ups.
Sales Collateral: Develop professional presentations, project outlines, and demonstration materials to facilitate client pitches.
