Job Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with a strong track record in IT Services and Consulting sales, specifically within the GCC (Global Capability Center) ecosystem in India. The ideal candidate will have established relationships with GCC decision-makers and experience driving current business acquisition, digital transformation engagements, and strategic technology consulting prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Drive recent logo acquisition across GCCs and enterprise customers in India.
Own and achieve revenue targets for IT Services, Digital Transformation, Data Engineering, Cloud, Analytics, and related technology offerings.
Build and nurture relationships with GCC leaders, CXOs, and senior stakeholders.




Identify opportunities for BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) engagements and CoE setup initiatives.
Promote offshore delivery and managed services models to enterprise clients.
Manage strategic accounts and expand wallet share within existing customers.
Collaborate with delivery, solutioning, and leadership teams to create winning proposals.
Drive sales opportunities across BFSI, Manufacturing, and Technology sectors.
Develop and execute market expansion strategies across South India.
